We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when you visit our website, buy artwork, request a commission, or join our mailing list. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, request a commission, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect details such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never seen or stored on our servers. We receive only limited details such as the amount, currency, the last four digits of your card, and whether the payment succeeded.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping bag, remember your region and currency preference, and understand how the site is used. We may collect your device type, browser, approximate location (from your IP address, to show the right prices), and the pages you visit.

How we use your information

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to produce commissioned work.
• To deliver digital products (such as the devotional) and order confirmations.
• To respond to your questions, commission inquiries, and support requests.
• To send newsletters and offers if you’ve subscribed (you can opt out anytime).
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the site secure.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run the shop, and only as needed to provide our services:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Gelato — print-on-demand production and shipping for U.S. print orders (we share the artwork and your shipping address so your print can be made and delivered).
• Shipping carriers — to deliver orders we ship from the studio.
• Email providers(such as Resend and Mailchimp) — to send order confirmations and, if you’ve subscribed, newsletters.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate the website and store order records securely.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your shopping bag and region/currency settings working. We may also use cookies to understand site usage and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect how the shop works.

Email & marketing choices

We keep order and commission records for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal and tax requirements. Subject to applicable law (including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it.
